Early Schools Programs
The Early Schools Programs are focused at empowering stakeholders in schools i.e. proprietors, teachers, parents, pupils, and community members with personal leadership skills thus enhancing learning environments that are positive, sensitive, responsive, and include frequent individualized interactions both at home and in school through training and providing knowledge assessments on equipment and material used. The programs also re-visit the framework to emphasize practices and approaches that integrate cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Family Leadership Programs
Our FLP programs are based on the principles of parent leadership and shared leadership. The programs utilize strengths, insight and direction from parents, in the areas of program development and content, assessment and outcomes, advocacy and training.

We offer a well stocked E-Book library with books in the area of Leadership, Management, Child development, Personal Development/Self Help, Community Development and management and Conflict Resolution in a green and calm environment where “only silence does the talking”.
DigiLibraries offers a digital source of free eBooks for any taste, a vast range of titles in digital format and our free eBooks collection is growing all the time.Special MAMA -Special PAPA
LWLA offers a special mentor with parenting skills and Child Development. We partner with Teacher & Parents and formulate (sound Parental) Guidance, Disciplines and Communication in families to enhance family Intra and Interpersonal skills thus Empowering and Strengthening Family Systems.
Free Parenting & Children eBooks are available in all major formats for E-Readers, including Kindle, Nook, tablets, iPad smart-phones and computers.Community Parents Club
LWLA’s [CPC] offers a supportive non-threatening environment where parents connive to share best parental practises, - Communication, Constructive Disciplining, Child Development, Parental Roles, and Methods for Successfully Dealing with everyday Stresses of Parenting, and other issues that impact parenting behaviour. To reinforce new attitudes, parents practice new behaviour at home and discuss their results as a group at our weekly parents meetings. The approach will help develop personal competencies, increase their ability to deal with stress, and significantly expand their knowledge of child development.
L-Book Club (Leader’s Book Club)
Leaders Never Grow Blue in their Dreams, meaning they constantly seek information to help enhance both there knowledge and skills and unleash the potential in those that follow them. LWLA aims at Instilling a Reading Culture & the Value for Life Long Learn Especially Our Children and Our Youth & Young Adults,-We are steadily sourcing E-Book Library Tools, & We are Preparing to start hosting a Book Club in a very Calm Environment.
